Zatanna Captured by Professor Pyg

Minor spoilers here: the story involves Zatanna getting kidnapped and waking up on an operating table. Sleepy peril stuff ensues, with the sinister Professor Pyg involved.
In celebration of hitting the 8,000 watcher mark on DeviantArt, I ran a poll asking followers to pick a character to draw. It was either going to be Zatanna or Sailor Mars. Zatanna eked out a win at 53%.
I'm giving you patrons a special preview of the upcoming piece. This will eventually get posted to my DeviantArt page.

Understandable of course, it's basically the detail in the mask. Something more cartoony or less detailed I'd prob not have batted an eye. But since it's more realistic in presentation, it's disturbing. again not a complaint on the piece just an interesting observation.

2023-07-22 23:32:50 +0000 UTCThanks! It's so fascinating to hear that perspective. Because as I was sketching this out, I kept thinking, "man, Pyg doesn't look scary enough, he's kinda lame." So I kept drawing the lines to be more sinister and adding blood drops. 'Cause I want this to be scary! Zatanna's gotta be afraid for the peril to work.

I'll admit, the baddie creeps me the frak out, which is a testament to your good art SC but will admit does take me out of it a bit. Again not a complaint against the art, it's looking real good....just fraking pig guy creeps me out lol
