A lot of people have asked for lower calorie and lower carb recipes. This one covers both of those bases. Although, a full meal should rarely be under 400 calories, this still leaves room for people to modify as needed. This chicken would be great on a bed of rice. For more protein, increase the amount of chicken per meal.
This glaze would be great on chicken breast, chicken wings, or even something like a pork tenderloin. No matter what you're putting it on, I hope you love it as much as I do!
If you do not have an air fryer, no worries, you can make these in the oven on a baking sheet as well :)
