Chili has probably been one of the most requested dishes since the start of winter. Sorry it took me so long, but here it is.
And if you have never had chili made with coffee and cocoa, you're missing out. For anybody that hates coffee, don't worry, you don't actually taste it in the chili. The earthiness of the coffee just dances well with the other ingredients to put on a good show :)
As a man of science these words should never come out of my mouth, but......you just gotta trust me.

I love chili and try any recipe I come across. This one had a strong tomato taste (with the base, I don’t question that) but how do I over power it? More spices?

2022-04-19 06:49:33 +0000 UTCI would suggest everyone invest in an instant pot or pressure cooker of preference. Rather than 4 hours it takes 20 minutes or so on high pressure.
