So..as you all know or if you don't.. i have hypertension and i am constantly taking maintenance.. these past days my blood pressure spiked, i felt dizzy and lightheaded all the time..i dont know why because i have been really careful with my diet and my meds. But my doctor suggested for me to rest and sleep early for atleast 3 days that's why i havent uploaded anything..hopefully by tomorrow i will be able to film the rest of this week's video.

I have high blood pressure I know how that goes. A few days ago I had the opposite problem. My blood pressure medication had kicked in so when I stood up from my chair and walked a few steps I fell on my behind. Take all the time you need.
