Azur Lane - Prinz Eugen Chloroformed
Added 2021-09-19 15:25:49 +0000 UTCI was a bit hesitant getting a request to draw characters from the video game Azur Lane. While studying the character designs, I felt it would be challenging to get it right. I'm glad I took this on because the line art so far is fantastic.
Azur Lane is this mobile video game that's supposed to simulate WWII naval combat. Actual WWII ships have moe anthropomorphic representations. Each battleship has a sexy anime girl controlling it. Fun stuff.
Prinz Eugen is of the German Iron Blood faction, and the girl doing the chloroforming is Sheffield of the Royal Navy.
This will be my seventh piece of the month!
Update 9/20/2021: coloring progress uploaded. Working hard to finish this in time for you guys! I went with a brighter background this time, to emphasize the naval/ocean theme of the video game.
