Aqua (Kingdom Hearts)
Added 2020-11-01 15:25:59 +0000 UTCHappy November Patrons! We're going to start this month off with juanca29's Super Fan suggestion: Aqua from Kingdom Hearts. Aqua is one of the main protagonists of the action RPG Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep. While I'm not very familiar with this game, Aqua does bear a resemblance to another blue haired girl I like, so this wasn't too difficult to pull off.
The villain in the drawing is Maleficent, who is appropriately the evil queen from Sleeping Beauty. I have Maleficent knocking out Aqua with a magical sleep spell. Maleficent looks a little weird in my drawing, but I'm not really able to draw Disney so...I tried okay! She's not the main focus.
Anyway let me know what you think! Thanks for the support Patrons!
Update 11/2/2020: Added two colored versions, flat colors and cel-shaded. Might help mood and lighting that I was going for!

Interesting start. Maleficent doesn't look like she's looking at her newly captured target - rather she looks like she's looking at someone in the distance trying to save Aqua.

2020-11-01 20:10:52 +0000 UTCNice start SC, Aqua looks nice all helpless and sleepy there. With Maleficent, I don't think its so much she looks weird overall, her expression is a bit off. She doesn't seem to be expressing an emotion. Should she be having an evil sneer, as she catches the heroine, or a smug satisifed smile, having put her to sleep? I'd say if her expression was more defined, it would help.
