Hey! Thank you! The sim does not use any face masks, it only uses a skin. My guess of the issue that you are having is that you have downloaded the wrong skin. When you open the link "Skin N14" you get redirected to the creator's post. When you click on "DL" it sends you to the download page. There you must download the file "obscurus_skin_N14_lrle". That is the skin that the sim uses. If you still have any issues they could be caused by placing the CC or the Tray files of the sim in the wrong folder.
