He was panicking and wriggling because he was scared. Anyone his size and with no warning would be too. But for Julia it seemed as if he was just acting for the camera to help give her great content. She wasn't even thinking of his safety or comfort at this point. With her being so excited and thinking about how great this is going to look on her OnlyCrush page, she unawarely started to add more pressure on top of mark, who at this point was freaking out. Scared of being crushed under her flat shoe and forever being just another stain under it. He tried to call out to her but she didn't hear his cries for help.
