dakgalbi is grilled chicken. It's usually marinated in a spicy sauce. It's amazing!! I've only had it once, but it was excellent. And over charcoal like how they are doing it I bet it's way better

2025-08-22 20:39:15 +0000 UTCI'm still in the middle of watching this but wanted to add V talks about it on his episode of Suga's Suchwita but his original mixtape was several songs he wrote but he said the genres and themes were kinda all over the place, I think he struggled a bit with what songs to include and what to exclude from the project. Just my opinion but I think both he and JK are perfectionists as they have both written songs that have never come to be. JK recorded a demo of an uncomplete song Decalcomania released it on Twitter randomly and then later said he either lost it or deleted the song. V has written many many songs at this point he has spoiled on lives and released almost none of them, so it kinda became an army inside joke if you hear an unreleased song on his live it probably won't be released lol. I'm not sure if he doesn't feel happy with the songs or perhaps he enjoys making music just for the fun of it and keeping it to himself. He revealed on 2022 Festa Dinner he had been working on his mixtape the longest but on Suchwita explained he ended up deciding to chose songs instead as he wanted a more cohesive album in theme and sound thus he released Layover instead. The song you hear in the canoe is the first time we ever heard the unreleased song Blue & Grey, it was a song that V worked on for his original mixtape. This version is all in English. The members all heard the song while at In the Soop and loved it, later when they were working on BE their pandemic album they were all contributing songs to the album and V's song was added to the album, rewriting it with some Korean lyrics and the rapline verses. This was the case with Jungkook's song Stay as well, it too was originally going to be on JK's mixtape as an all English song but was added to BE. The moment in the Kitchen when RM says "rrrap monster" comes from a long running inside joke an old man was asked to name all the BTS members on the street in an interview there is a link about it here https://x.com/i/communities/1941936478592143807 tho I will say I think the person meant to write 2017 not 2019 because I have found clips as old as 2017 on facebook and Youtube of that interview. What's even more interesting or I think impressive is the photo the interviewer used was 2015 2nd Anniversary Festa Family Portrait and he pointed at each member while naming them. Just for reference a lot of gp now in Korea can not pick the members out of a line up or say all their names, no joke. BTS doesn't get that much Korean press coverage compared to other idols and it's usually focused on the group mostly. It's only now since their enlistment and solo era along with members like Jin and J-Hope post enlistment are doing more Korean TV variety shows that people in Korea are starting to learn most of their names or faces when they only knew maybe 1 or 2 before and this was certainly the case back in 2019, even more so in 2017. There was a street interview done in Korea back in 2017 when BTS won their first BBMA's for top social artists, asking people who was the most popular kpop group and asking about BTS winning, many were confused BTS won or were considered popular, they weren't all over Korean television or in articles like other celebrities.
