Added 2021-08-27 01:00:03 +0000 UTCOn November 9th, 2020, 52-year-old Suzette Penton arrived home after working the day at the Polk City Community Library, and planned to spend the day with her two teenage sons. After arriving home, one of her sons asked if she could drive him down the road to a store to pick up a few items. Upon returning from the store, Suzette saw three teenagers running from her house across the street to a parked van. As she got out of her car, her 15-year-old son stumbled out of the home, bruised and battered. Suzette pulled out her cell phone to take photos of the people who assaulted her son but as she got near the van, the unthinkable happened...
