My huge list of way too many silly projects!

A big glimpse into the stories I have in mind!

Hello everybody, hope you’re all enjoying the summer, and thanks a lot for your kind messages and support on my last update! :)

So, I guess it’s time I inform you a bit more about all of those stories I’ve been rambling about in the past, the genre they would belong to, the pros and cons, etc, soooo...Behold my huge list of way too many silly projects!

And why don’t you tell me in the comments below what you think of all of this, and which ones sound more appealing to you, etc? :)

See, that’s one of my issues: I’ve always liked creating stories. A long long loooong time ago I used to write a lot: I got so bored during my first year at college that I wrote an entire somewhat-horror novel in the spam of one year!

Almost 399 000 words! Yikes!

I sent it to several publishers. And the worst of it?...I almost got published!

Yup! By a small publisher in Quebec that focused on young authors under 20-something or so.

And praise Cthulhu my horrible book was never published because, I can tell you right now as an old guy with more life experience and more tastes in stories, it was an absolute piece of sh*t!

I remember a guy who used to say when I was 18 or so “Teens can’t write good books. I won’t stop them from writing, but your first piece of work will likely be trash: wait until you have more life experience to do some serious stuff!”.
And boy was he right!

The main character in my book was a jerk, the story ludicrous, and better not mention what happened to most female characters.

That book, I mean...That Thing That Should Not Be Named shall remain as it is, forgotten,unless I completely change it and somewhat turn it into a parody/comedy!

But anyway: while I let go of writing, I can’t help but continue coming up with stories and silly ideas, it’s just something that I do naturally for better or worse...

But before I present to you my huge list of way too many silly projects, just to make sure and to take this out of the way, after the Starfox comic I’ll start working on a remake of the Trollangina Challenge as far as fetish content goes, with a bunch more of silliness and comedy since that’s my thing (and feet of course...Big tiggy meaty feet).

Also, I should mention right here two other important projects that I would love to share in a way or another in my lifetime, because they are quite important for me, but that I’m not putting on that list of projects for reasons I’m going to explain below

Firstly, there’s the comic I pitched to Crazy-Wolf back in the days. I have almost all the story and characters laid out, it’s a bit naive since it was written 10 years ago and I’ve changed as a person, but I could always fix a few things here and there. It’s somewhat of a steampunk adventure, and I’ll just say that Kroenen’s first appearance in Del Toro’s Hellboy planted the seeds for this story.
My biggest issue with this story is that...The mojo to invest time on it is gone, it’s no longer the story I think about when I go to bed and that has my priority in terms of interest. But, I also would love to share it at some point, at least to honor Crazy-Wolf’s memory...Because he liked that story, he was on board with the idea of doing a whole graphic novel, get it published and, as he said it himself, “I would go to Paris and knock myself on every publisher’s door if I have to!”

Secondly, I have another big project I almost started and that is somewhat advanced in terms of story. I also shelved it for the simple reason that...It’s not my IP. It’s a huge “reboot/fanfiction” of several internet phenomenons/creepy-pastas/others that I have combined together, adding a lot of inspiration from several shows over it: Person of Interest + Dollhouse + Hellboy + Buffy The Vampire Slayer…

While I really like what I came up with, the story and character’s arcs, to the point I would love to see this turned into a great 5 seasons-or-so series, those are ultimately not my characters and they’re not my property: they’re just a bunch of creepy-internet-creations made by other people, and I prefer to work on something more personal, that I would completely create myself.

So, with that said, here let me introduce you to my huge list of way too many silly projects!

PROJECT 1

aka “Kylian’s adventure”...I won’t be revealing the title until I’ll have the main title page ready to be posted, but feel free to guess it in the meantime :)

I posted a “preview” over a year ago, along with a survey to test the waters for a patreon, though it’s not 100% representative of what it will be since some of the settings presented here won’t appear in the final story. It mainly serves as a mood board to give people a taste of the genre of story it would be:

It’s my own Avatar the Last Airbender (but with more violence, closer to a Japanese anime), my “way-too-big-and-long” epic fantasy saga, in several long parts, a way-too-large ensemble cast, too much world building and lore (I have definitely caught world building disease), and so on and so forth.

It’s not fetish oriented, but I’ll probably add one or two tickle scenes for the lols...After all, it features Kylian, so his feet will probably get in trouble at some point...

It’s also probably plagued with plot holes, too many useless and stupid characters/scenes, boring passages, etc.

The summary of the story is currently 185856 words so far and I still need to write the ending.That again is for the summary I’m writing for myself, so I can polish the story, fix plot-holes and make sure I know where I’m going: it’s not even the script!

As a book series, this would be as long as...Dunno, it really depends on how it would be written, but let’s just say it would be a huge undertake.

Doing it in comic format is borderline suicide. It would take me decades to accomplish it and I’m not young anymore.

So while I have most of it planed out, with a beginning a middle and an end, most of the characters’ arcs done, this is the one I will unlikely ever finish in my lifetime if I ever start working on it. It is so long that the chances of me growing tired of it and pulling a GRR Martin, or simply dying before for XYZ reasons, are quite real.

The most likely outcome is I’ll start it, and at some point post a long essay or video explaining the rest of the story and how it ends because I’ll no longer have the strength to work on it.

But, even if I don’t manage to bring it to life the way I’d like, I am so glad to have discovered this story and the characters that make it.

However, I’m hopping to make the right connections IRL through my job so that, maybe, just mayyyybe, I end up with the correct team of people to do a short 10 minutes or so animated clip of it so I can pitch it some networks to turn it into an animated series. The catch here is I’ll need to keep all the rights of the characters and the story, so if a network buys it and pulls the plug, I can still finish it on my own terms(as a comic, or long video essay, or whatever).
I’ll have to be careful not to sell that baby.

Meanwhile, I still need to work on some character/world-building designs, and I really want to publish the first pages of the prologue on patreon before the end of the year, and because this is such a difficult project and terms of world building, I’ll need some people to serve as “experts”…
...Mainly scientists: anyone who happen to know about physics, biology, chemistry, engineering, who is a doctor or surgeon, etc...So if any of you happen to be any of those, don’t hesitate on dropping me a message! ^^

PROJECT 2
Unamed supernatural horror story

I’m in love with this one.

This one is a very recent story I had, and by “recent” I mean “early 2023”: in just a few months I went from having a little idea in the back of my head to a full story, with a beginning a middle and an end, the characters and their arcs, the themes, etc…

It is very different from Kylian’s adventure. It’s a supernatural drama/mystery, somewhat influenced by Beastars (class system between herbivores and carnivores) and Mike Flanagan’s work (The Haunting of Hill House/Bly Manor, Midnight Mass, etc…), in other words I’m aiming for spooky stuff that, if done well, scares people but also have them chopping onions by the end of it...Me included, but I’m biased: I cry rivers at most of the emotional scenes of my own stories! :P

It’s also super short compared to Kylian’s adventure: the difference between a mini-series and a super long one. The scale is small, the cast is small, the story is “short”, the risk of having plot-holes after plot-holes is way lower.

It might be because it’s so fresh in my mind that I am soooo overly obsessed with it and excited. I just love it so much: the settings, the mood, the story, etc...The characters still need a little bit of work, as right now there’s a real risk of them being a tad too “dark-Sasuke-emo-edgelords”, but I’m on the right track.
As of right now, I think this is the story I would love to work on parallel to Kylian’s Adventure: working on one and switching to the other when I start feeling burned out.

Also, I might be able to put a few tickle fetish scenes here and there, but I also hesitate. I love some of the characters so much that I’m not sure I’ll be able to portray them in fetish scenes without it becoming a turn off for me.
But there’s a possibility this one could have a few fetish scenes! What I would probably do is release the fetish stuff separately, while the “SFW” version won’t have any of those, for the people who want to enjoy the story without the fetish.

I’ll need some help from experts as well once I’ll start working on it, but I guess I’ll post another message with a call for help another time. But if any of you are familiar with surveillance cameras and tech, factories in general (what type of factories are the most dangerous, and what type tend to have a lot of underground levels), don’t hesitate to drop me a message. :)

PROJECT 3
Unamed comedic romantic fantasy adventure story.

Okay, this one is weird…It reminds me of Guillermo del Toro who once said “I made Pacific Rim for my inner 13 years old boy...I made Crimson Peak for my inner 13 years old girl!”

This is a silly adventure fantasy romance for the inner girl in me...

I won’t go over several details but know this: if I ever start working on this one, and if it gains some momentum, something tells me it could become my biggest hit. More than any of my other projects. Even though I rank it low in terms of importance, there’s a “chance” (or risk?) that this will be become my most beloved work and get the bigger fandom, because if checks some boxes that appeal to people, it’s “safer” and more appealing than anything else, so...

It first started as a joke because of some old Italian disco song I used to listen to as a kid and...And I guess by now I’ve already lost half of you but anyway! XD

It inspired me enough for a silly fetish scenario (which means, yes, there would be tickling...)...And I expanded it. And expanded it. And expanded and developed it more.

And now, voilà ! I have a story! It’s another adventure one, but not as long as Kylian’s adventure: smaller in scope, way fewer characters, much much shorter…

More oriented towards comedy and romance...I don’t know why an asexual like me wants to write romance, maybe because I can also be romantic nonetheless I guess? There are some parts of this story I simply really really like!

And I feel a lot of people would go crazy about the romantic couple, BUT…
a) I don’t know if I want to get myself involved with that type of fandom and...

b)...I only kinda have a beginning and an end: I don’t know very well what to do with the middle, and big chunks for my world building are non-existent. I could actually merge it with another story I came up with years ago, which could fix some stuff, but I’m not sure.

So there you have it.
And I’m totally chopping onions with the ending I have so far...

PROJECT 4
Micro & Macro

Inspired by this first ever macro pic I made sometime ago:

Some drama story involving some giant creature and survivors. Won’t say more about it since I only have a basic idea of the characters and a pitch idea: I might draw the beginning for fun, but I don’t know where to go with that story nor how to finish it, so I'll have to think how to continue with it.

Still, I’m keeping it in the back of my mind, just in case.

PROJECT 5
Fetish fantasy comedy story

This is the fetish story that motivates me the most, and that I could do on the side for you my tickle fans! It’s a “fantasy” setting, has quite a lot of comedy, but also some tension and drama. I’m not sure how to properly explain it in English, but there’s a sort of claustrophobic element mixed with a countdown or “impeding doom”.

Regarding length, it would be shorter than project 2, maybe the length of an long graphic novel.

While I do have a beginning and an end, the whole middle has more holes than a gruyere cheese. I just have a bunch of silly scenes but no real plot that glues them together. But, since the story is not that important and plot holes might not be such of an issue, I guess I can improvise around it.

PROJECT 6
Kylian’s disadventure.

Kylian gets stuck and tickled! There, it’s a simple as that. It’s an utterly stupid over the top cartoony comic, with a lot of silly humor and NO dialogs (or almost none), where Kylian gets tickled over and over again while he faces many dangerous and odd situations.

It has no connection at all with Kylian’s adventure, it’s set in a different world, it’s just there for the lols, and because technically it doesn’t really have a plot nor a story, it could potentially go on for as long as I’ll have ideas and as long as I’m not fed up with it!

It won’t be a very hard one to do, but I’d rather keep my energy for another story.

PROJECT 7
...Mystery?…

I won’t say a lot about this one, because it's likely I'll release it under my IRL name, on my IRL media/portfolio/etc. But maybe not, I still don’t know, but for that reason I prefer not to say much about it, and that’s why I’m placing at the bottom of the list, not mentioning there are still several things I’m unsure about the story (the biggest one being the main character’s conflict and arc).
It’s quite a short story, same length as project 5 approximately, and would be a mix of horror, fantasy and drama. If you ever notice a story popping online, that takes places in our contemporary world, with a bunch of stuff taking place in a forest, and somewhat inspired by the late Dina Norlund’s work and style (Rest in Peace dear Dina), know that maybe it’s me.
Or not...After all, we’re so many telling stories about woods in our contemporary world! ^^

And other than that...Hm, I think that’s all.

Well, there are a bunch of fetish oriented ideas I have if I ever need to keep my audience entertained, but as far as my huge list of way too many silly projects goes, there it is! :)
