Angel Ashley (Part One)

Police are slow to begin investigating her missing person report, so Ashley’s mother Kristine sets off on an investigation of her own. One that eventually sets into motion a series of events that will ultimately reveal a grisly crime scene - and a purported multigenerational cover-up.

I live in Holland. I remember when this happened. I was so angry at how the whole thing was handled. Especially his parents.

2023-06-28 13:43:55 +0000 UTCAs a Grand Rapids resident, a mother, and a human being I am appalled to hear our police force being so dismissive to concern about a woman who was not only missing, but in fact murdered. This kind of behavior is exactly why I am in the criminal justice program, working towards my investigator license. Victims need someone to advocate for them and for the truth, and if the police won't do it, I will.
