OMG ME TOO! I was seething the entire time. Who pissed in your cereal, Brenda?! I just don't understand why snarky assholes choose to work as 911 operators. Get a different job! Be a truck driver. Better yet, a TSA officer! Ugh that little girl broke my heart so badly I just wanted to hug and comfort her and commend her for being so fucking brave! I hope she's well wherever she is today!
