"What I’d want is to convey Max and Chloe’s intense and unconditional love for one another, their undying and unmatched passion for each other. The world around them doesn’t really matter, only they do, as if the world stopped running. They touch each other a lot, because they need to feel that the other is there as much as possible; they just want one another but they just can’t get enough. They want to display their love to the other as much as possible, as in that moment they will be opened and vulnerable to the other, but they know that the other will do the same: they’ll always be there for the other and won’t ever betray the other; they can have absolute trust in one another and for good reasons. They’re essentially soulmates, made for one another; they might each have their individual flaws, but they cancel out when they’re together: together they’re perfect. The world tried to crush them, but they refused: they can no longer be separated; they are pure love."

Beautiful...🩷🩵 It took me a while to comment on this, but better late than never. ☺️ When I first saw this I reminded me of a quote Max says when she's idle in the dorm hallway of her nightmare. She's terrified and confused, and she asks Chloe to help her...and Chloe did. 💖 Chloe is Max's guiding light, her lighthouse amidst stormy seas, just as she is to Chloe. That's what this commission reminded me of—Chloe guiding Max back to her with the light she had inside her all along. 🥹
