This board game has been around for decades but has recently been reprinted to add a touch of modernity to these cute little robots.
If you've played Colt Express, then you'll easily pick up the rules for this one. It's a clever programming game where robots race (but mostly bump around) the factory floor to get to check points. First player to get to the check points (in order) wins.
Simple as that.

Primary School ICT teacher here. I can confirm that many Roamer floor robots still haunt the shelves of school resource rooms across the UK, often buried under a swarm of their more modern baby counterparts, the Beebots… New teachers recoil in fear and confusion at the sight of a discarded Roamer. It’s lonely and desperate grin leering at them from the bottom of the programming resources box… What is this ancient technology? Why all the buttons? How does one connect via bluetooth? Then they realise. There is NO bluetooth… 😱
