Just introducing the concept, if I get any traction and you guys have input then we are still very much just in the planning stages and can make adjustments. 
Her face will likely change. This is just a stand-id to aid the creative process.

"Damnit Natasha! We couldn't afford that. The magazine agent is going to kill me, this is way too much. There's no way I can wear this dress with my areolas spilling out".

"I need to just throw the saline away... 2 fills last week and now 4 days in a row this week. I need to stop."

"An addict with areolas stretched out to the size of her palm isn't who they want to be the face of their company, is it? Stupid Natasha. Stupid".

This story will centre around Natasha, who is a 22 year old aspiring model living in Croatia, supermodel skinny with *tiny* natural tits, A cups.

She travels to the Implant Expanders Clinic to get herself a boost, hoping it will help accelerate her career which seems poised to take off.

Due to work commitments she must fly in and out of the IEC in a very short time period, so she is given standard IEC expander implants with only a tiny amount of saline in them, to aid quick recovery.
The Boss (remember, IEC owner, wears pink) provides her with a home fill kit for her implants and instructs her to slowly add saline until she is happy with the result, keeping in mind that her very slight build means she must go slowly

Natasha quickly gets addicted to the filling process, she fills too fast and rapidly overshooting a 'reasonable' level of bustyness for her mainsteam modelling work. Consequences of the very fast filling schedule she develops giant stretched areolas which try to peek out of her modelling outfits.
