Blending Brushes

Blending brushes I use when coloring. The Material Blend brush is for rougher materials, while the Soft Blend brush is for softer materials like skin. You can use them together, not just one or the other. These are the brushes I used for my recent drawings (as of this post).
Tip: Adjust the hardness for sharper or fuzzier edges. You typically want it at the lowest for skin and other smooth objects. For the Material Blend brush I set it to the highest since I want to able to drag colors with less fuzzy edges.
As shown in the top example. You block in shading with your standard hard/dense brush. Hatch in the softer edges, then blend with the blending brush. Also to note, shading is done in separate layers for this. Though this blending brush should be fine for painting on the same layer too.
