I don’t see how it was for no reason… He was the opponent in that area who was the furthest ahead. It’s also just… funny? And games are supposed to be fun, which this is as long as no one is overly obsessed with winning.

2022-06-21 19:21:41 +0000 UTCI've been very eagerly awaiting this episode. I've gone back and forth on whether to buy this expensive game for months. It looks so good and captures a lot of what I love in board games, but I haven't had a chance to try it out myself yet. It's hard to buy a game that pricey without trying it at least once first. BUT watching the NRB crew play through a game is almost as good (if not often better) than playing through it myself, so this episode may decide whether I finally buy it.
