X-Particles: Ethereum Advection + Granular Settings explained

Hi Patrons,

I really love to advect my particles with some sweet explosiaFX. But do you know what I love even more? Granular simulations. So let´s combine both techniques and make something awesome with it.

This is part01of a couple of tutorials about advection and granular sims. So I´m pretty sure I will continue with this topic very soon (next week).

Right now I go through a lot of X-Particles Training to learn new stuff and this tutorial is definitely highly inspired by an insysium tutorial, but of course I add my own ideas to it.

Best,

Markus

Thank you😉.

brilliant tutorial thanks.

I will try to share it... it depends on the size. Of course I can only shar eit without being cached. If your particles are too big, then probably you just have to change the particle radius or...decrease the size of your spheres, which you use as particles in octane render.

Will this project file be available for us to take a look at? I rebuilt the scene but for some reason when I set it to render I'm getting some weird results in Octane. The particle seems to be bigger than what's shown in the view ports and I'm not sure how to decrease the size without introducing more particles. Great tutorial.
