Fresh Air Elemental – Tiny elemental, chaotic neutral

Here is the Fresh Air Elemental – maybe a friend of the Friendly Fire Elemental?
Once in a while, the gusting wind itself unfolds in a most peculiar way – bringing forth a subtle breeze imbued with pure vitality. Such a phenomenon can occur only in places and moments touched by raw elemental magic: amidst the gentle ripples of the salty ocean, above the summit of an unclimbable mountain, or right within the storm-tossed heart of a sea of sand. As the newborn creature that it is, the fresh air elemental may be a wee bit naive, but it bursts with unspent energy and never fails to lift the spirits of others.
