The takamura scene at night is awesome. Because you really do become an entirely different person when you're on that level of hunger, and its just one of those things you never truly understand unless you HAVE been that hungry.

It's crazy how he tells Ippo he use to just going around fighting not knowing that he can use his fist for something more then pointless altercations, but meeting the coach and getting praised by others something he said never happened gave him the drive to be able to do the harsh training and prep he does out of his love for boxing.
