But so far it is soo spot on compared to the light novel in terms of base storyline. nothing is missed except for choice words and scenery. In the LN the land itself wasn't actually damaged. All manmade structures were practically deleted and the land was reverted back to its natural state.

Also glad you didn't drop this anime because of the segg scene LOL props to you man! This is necessary for Rudy's Charac growth.
