as a anime only my hero guy i feel like everything is pretty straight forward with information provided in the episode..thought it was pretty obvious that blue lady was a propaganda reporter for the M.L.A and Toga's story seemed like the perfect one to show the masses that her tragic life is a result of the system the M.L.A is fighting against
