Noblesse is a slow burn series in the beginning with just slowly introducing characters and Rai adjusting to the modern world. The anime is doing good so far, it will definitely pick up soon ( since I know what is coming this season from the Webtoon ). The animation is like you said, so far good during fights and average during normal slice of life moments, which I don't have a problem with. Honestly though I'm liking the direction the anime is going. I mean we are still only on the 2nd episode and anything can happen down the track, but I reckon it's doing good from what we see at the moment
