Easily mistaken for a sparkling at first glance, snappy like a snow snapper if getting too close - that‘s the larkling. It is the very same year, when the filiodons gather; and the year, when the sparklings remain dormant. Instead, the larklings awaken to plunge the snowy dunes into a crimson choreography of fluttering carnage. Strangers to these lands learn the hard way that the distant swarm of tiny dragons won‘t reveal the uplifting sparkles as normally expected. Instead, they are greeted by bites, bites and even more bites – luckily, the peculiar creatures are prone to overestimate their ravenous hunger.
