Even rarer than the woolpertinger itself is the whiskered water. Gaining its powers from the preserved woolpertinger’s whisker, the potion holds a portion of this marvelous critter’s inherent magic – for good and bad alike. While it grants the ability to quickly react to attacks, it also triggers random teleportation coupled with the slowing effect of the woolpertinger’s bite. Brewing this potion proves to be a nearly impossible task since the whisker must not be taken by force. Otherwise it loses its alchemistic potential.
