This Author's View will dovetail nicely with our Book Two alpha content drop at the end of this month. Within the content, the topic of what you witnessed at Turn the Page with Milton Callaway will be brought up which encourages the rest of the gang being informed. Theres already one drawing my eye for Alex Distancing yourself and being critical? Check and check I think its physically impossible for me to make an MC that doesn't hate the grandpa ☠️ hes a character that compels me deeply but that was fucked up my guy Alex for sure isnt over it (although i dont think Alex is capable of being over anything at all. They hold grudges like it's a hand) Deep down they are covering the extreme hurt and sadness (hey their nightmare mask!) with anger and scorn. They havent let themself grieve and I dont know if they will. It hurts too much and theyre annoyed at themself for still holding onto it regardless They do say that the opposite of love isnt hate but indifference, and Alex is not indifferent at all towards him thats for sure
