I wonder how trees in Fernweh would take to being carved into? 🌲🤔

This practice is a hallmark of romance movies, especially those set in high school, and it can be found in one of the routes in TFS: Book Two, except it's heart-wrenchingly sweet once you think about the context. I won't spoil which route it is! This post is all about Ms. Verner; it was inspired by a few of your comments and the discussion on our TFS Discord server.

Ms. V & ? 4ever 

Well, who will that '?' be. It's obviously two question marks short of what revels in your Returning Visitor's nightmares; however, this is something you'll have the option to influence, if you'd like to!

(I have only briefly mentioned the TFS: Prequel because my utmost priority is working on Book Two. (I think by now most of you know I like to obsess over one (1) thing at the time and give it my whole heart.) Within the prequel, your newly created MC has options to flirt with a young Ms. Verner. So, I guess they could be considered for the role of '?', possibly a first love or a potential what-if for Lois to ponder over. Who knows who they are in Fernweh now. 👀)

Let's focus on the main series!

The choices you make while playing Ms. Verner's POV along with how your Returning Visitor treats her will have a direct impact on how she reacts within TFS. This is true in multiple ways as you'll see in the upcoming alpha drop. Keep in mind the consequences of your choices are tallied by her, not just personal interactions with her. (If you make this woman's life harder, she holds a grudge. ❄) This includes potential romance opportunities for those of you who wish to have a say in this! Yes, you can try to influence the '?' in the post title.

Will Ms. Verner hold onto her love for Mr. Verner? 💍 Will she try to find comfort in a childhood friend? 🌹 Will she ice out her heart entirely and focus on her end goals?

Again, this is more of an optional type of situation where your combinations of choices could help to foster additional pathways for Ms. Verner. A lot of gentle, patient steering and thoughtful planning versus an obvious: 'Who should Ms. Verner love?' type of choice, lol. It adds more realism to her growth/change. It also makes you work harder to secure the outcome you're trying to aim for regarding her. 😌 I'm always here to offer help, dw!

R-mancers, JR-mancers, and close friends of R will have a slight advantage for seeing more of Rosie during Book Two, but she will be showing up for everyone at some point. Her insight into Lois's past can be useful, not to mention she's a fun character to write and your MC's car is on the questionable side at this point. You might need to pay her a visit! As for Mr. Verner, you'll be learning more about him from time spent in the palatial mansion, mingling with the bloodlines, and through echoes/exchanges. We'll be uncovering more of Fernweh's past. 💚
