Gone Skiing

I'm going on a 4-day ski trip and just realized this is the last time I'll be at my computer until Tuesday... so I'd better write the post now!

It's taking much longer to get the Rebellion event working. Mostly, because I keep adding content. I figured if I'm including futa, I should also include gay, and if I'm including gay, I should also include a male body... so, I just finished drawing an all male body for Penny.

Rebellion event progressing

After raising RB to 50, the player can progress through an assortment of choices (at 50,60,70,80 RB) changing the woman's gender to full-male at the end, if desired. Every choice is optional and will be modifiable from the settings menu, after unlocking. So, for example, you could keep the full female body but with squirting orgasms, have a pregnant male with breasts, or a hermaphrodite, with no breasts, should you desire. (In theory... Futa cumshots for each size

The poll was helpful, letting me know I should include all options for futa. I've started coding in the futa art for Penny to see how it looks in gameplay.
Full-male works fine since it only allows anal sex, but the Penis-Only version doesn't have enough room for the man's penis and the futa penis, so I had to squeeze both a bit, and I added a wobble effect for the larger three. The Penis-and-Balls version needs to be totally redrawn, push...

Futa or Male?

Rebellion and Obedience events require significant new art assets, so of course I procrastinated them until last... The Rebellion path is mostly Futa events, so as usual, I started with Penny. Here' s an image where Penny is converted to a full-male. The masculine or feminine upper body would be optional in the settings menu:

Tier changes for Star of Dew Valley

I moved this info to a separate post so it's easier to find.

It's getting more complicated, time-consuming, and error-prone, trying to keep 3 current versions updated (Free, $1, $5) for Star of Dew Valley, and... inflation or something... so I'm changing the tier rewards.

PV path started

While the Friendship (FR) path allows you to gain loyalty from a woman by building a relationship, it also reduces your contact with the other women. In contrast, the Perverted (PV) path allows you to gain loyalty through giving women daily orgasms, and has no limits on interactions with other women, so you could turn all the women into your personal harem... if you are willing to 'keep them happy' every day...

FR event mostly done

There are 4 stages in the Friendship/Fertility (FR) event. It starts at 50 FR, and every +10 FR you earn triggers the next stage. (60,70,80,90,100) You earn FR points from your choices in the event, through the general story events, and a few other actions like supporting pregnancy or talking to her daily...

You can choose to progress to the next stage quickly, delay the next stage, or even delete the entire event (if not interested in singular fidelity) If you delay, it will trigger ag...

Relationships are hard

Not in real life of course... Real life wives are easy: Just plug-in the air pump and press inflate. 

But in SoDW, relationships are not so easy. Each stat unlocks new abilities, but they cannot conflict with the other stats, and your actions with each women affects how the other women's relationships progress as well... I spent the entire week working with the code, rewriting it, finding it isn't logical, has too many lines of repetititititive code that can't be refactored properl...

Version 0.63 ready

On Thursday, I started getting the next version ready, and it seemed off that there was no new content. What did I do all month? Short answer: Most of what I added was half-finished. The only finished content was the pregnancy art now works for all women. So... I spent 20 hours over the weekend to get as much unfinished stuff... finished. 

Here's what is new in ver.0.63:
Jewelry is started. I changed the belly-chain into a garter, so it can be seen on all women....

Pregnancy art for all three women

Due to the poses chosen, it was very little work to draw the pregnancy art for Abigail and Haley. Even the clothing needed only a few minor changes. So, that was a pleasant surprise.  I added the fetus when you mouse-over, for all three skin colors. I've gotten the pregnancy code finished as well. Here's some images:

Relationships expanding

Originally, the relationship events were supposed to be a one-off occurrence that triggers when each of the 4 stats (PV,RB,OB,FR) reaches 50, but as usual, it expanded into another event at 60, 70, 80, 90... So, now I have 20 events i am designing... which is OK, except I was supposed to be working on the pregnancy! So, I am switching back to pregnancy for the next 2 weeks, so i can get it finished for all 3 women. (hopefully)

Christmas Time

Since I've got a bunch of family events on the weekend, I'm making this post a bit early. Thanks for the poll info. It's nice that there is a clear majority on most choices. So, I've got direction on pregnancy. 

This week I did some coding on pregnancy control, but mostly was fixing up even more glitches from adding gangbangs. Hope I got them all now. I also added in pimping. Each sex-act pays different amounts and you collect a fee. I'm still thinking of ways to allow gangbangs so...

Pregnancy Poll

My main focus the next month is Pregnancy. This week, I coded the menstrual cycle, randomly decided at game start. The woman will give hints when she's fertile or on her period. She'll make horny comments when fertile and angry comments 14 days before, on her period. Chance to impregnate her is 1%, and the Maxed Fertility Stat gives another +5% bonus. The chance of impregnation increases +5% when ovulating too...

Stories Done

Working over-time to get everything done for the Dec. 4th release. This week, I got Haley and Penny's stories finished. Also added all Journal entries for undressing and sex-acts. During testing, I've found some balancing issues, but other than that, the game should be releasable now. So, this last week, I will be adding some bonus stuff for $1 and $5 patrons.

All Sex Acts Done!

Finally added the Vibrator, so now all sex-acts are working for all three women! It was triple the work I'd expected... Thanks for the poll info. I wrote in the sabotage events this week. Basically, exactly how I described, you will block any NPC man if he appears in the location where you fall asleep. I'll expand this to include distracting them as well. Both can work in the same event.

So... Loyalty is back to being Fertility. Not... sure what I was thinking on that one. doesn't even make sense. Obedience is the same as Loyalty... I wasn't even drunk! Weird...

On to the work... In general, I'm trying to finish mandatory things needed for release.  So, this week I added a tutorial on easy mode for first-time players. It quickly covers the basic game concepts. I might add an option in Settings to read more detailed game strategies, not sure yet. I've also been slow...

Turns out I was mistaken

Welp, Now youtube on Firefox is showing the same warning... so, I guess it's everywhere. I increased my defences and now have 3 different types of ad-killers running, but it also seems to be kinda random when the warning shows up so I'm not going to focus any more attention that direction... unless it gets worse.
