I’ve been waiting to use this meme, so now is the perfect time after the first alpha content drop!
It’s almost a little too perfect, isn’t it? But don’t worry, this didn’t inspire what I’m sure many of you will feel to be a major twist within the first few pages of Book Two. Typically, this meme is used with Me: “...” and then Other Me: “...” to represent a devil on your shoulder type of dynamic. Like, Me: “I should probably go to bed now.” Other Me: “No, write one more section.”
There are likely some opinions on whom you meet at the start of the next book. Could they be a devil on your shoulder type, a different kind of devil, or perhaps a guardian angel? I have a feeling that the levels of trust are going to vary widely across readers as we learn more details.
(At least they have a cool robe/hood! 😉 Also, as a quick clarifying point: I will refer to them as ‘Doppel’ when/if I mention them in writings/reactions on here since I know their name varies. )

It makes me so happy that you're emotionally attached and deeply invested in the characters. The 'found family' trope is important to TFS. 🥰 I wouldn't fret too much; however, there can be consequences and butterfly effects to certain choices. 👀 You can use my hints to influence your MC's decisions, possibly to help inform them. :D
