Surprisingly I'm finding myself fixated a lot on kriselle with this au tbh.... There's just something about them that tickles me heehee

For context on some of these: Kris used to smoke but is trying to quit because of not only personal reasons, but because, surprisingly, Ralsei gets weirdly upset around smoking and has put a ban on it inside the precinct. This is why they have a stash of lollipops that they never share (except for with Susie) because it's how they stave off their cravings. But when things get PARTICULARLY stressful, they can't help but to relapse into their old habits to GROUND themselves. However, while Kris is trying to quit, Noelle is surprisingly an avid smoker. She admits to Kriswhile catching them in the act, that for a while she wouldn't actually smoke the things. She would just light them like an insense and it would help her focus just like that. Until she realized she was itching for it despite not smoking it so she may as well just be doing that. Seemed silly to just deny what was already happening...

Later they bond in their shared vice that they originally picked up from the same missing person... But then take solice in understanding each other through their vices.

OH YEAH AND THE STRAIGHT JACKET KRIS I FORGOT ABOUT THAT ONE LMAO

so remember how it was said in Kris' profile that they had left the force on "indefinite temp leave" after a family friends disappearance because they were "unfit for duty"? ... Well uhm hehe... Let's just say they were deemed a bit of a danger to themselves and others for a bit there...
