URGENT- PATCH UPDATE NOTES - YOUR MODS NEED YOUR ATTENTION 11/4/25

Good morning, FAMILY!

It’s Patch Day (Nov 4) and EA is rolling out an update with 150+ community-chosen fixes later today. As y’all know, big patches can shake the table and break mods until creators push updates.

Here’s the game plan

What you can do

Option A: Play offline for a bit until your must-have mods are confirmed updated.
Option B: Update as normal, but expect to troubleshoot.

Before you update (please do this!)

Back up your folders: Saves, Tray, and Mods.
Move non-essential mods out temporarily if you’re unsure.
Remember: all JayESims x Jaye Hinson mods require XML Injector.

Community trackers like Scarlet’s Realm for quick “updated/broken” notes.
