It's the Bad Dream House from Bad Dream House!
Yes, Halloween is over but we still have most of the episode to cover.

If you had asked me beforehand I would have misremembered the house as being voiced by James Earl Jones - he would have been perfect for it - but Shearer does a great job too! It genuinely is kinda spooky at times.
This first segment of non-canon horror goodness is a parody of The Amityville Horror, with a splash of Poltergeist at the end when the house collapses in on itself. The other two segments are direct references to other works as well, and off hand I cannot remember when the Treehouse episodes have the confidence to do stories that aren't parody in some way - if they ever do.
I drew this house once before, a couple of years ago, if you're interested in seeing how my style has evolved a little - thankfully, it has.
The Simpsons Wiki claims this house is seen again at the end of season 5's "Homer Loves Flanders", but I don't believe they look similar enough to make this claim:

Of course, this house doesn't speak, so it's not important for our purposes anyway.
And we're done with the first segment already! I told you this was going to be quick.
