I’m so excited to bring y’all this surprise release — a little something to say THANK YOU for all the love and support. This mod was created to add realistic financial gameplay to The Sims 4 without the added stress, while still keeping things immersive, smart, and story-driven.

📲 About the Mod

The LivingStock Finances Mod introduces a brand-new system that allows your Sims to access income in more realistic ways beyond careers and household cheats. This is about options. About timing. About realism. Whether your Sim is living check-to-check, planning ahead, or just needs a little extra on the side — LivingStock’s got them covered.

🛠️ How It Works

To begin, your Sim must be employed in any career field. Once employed, the option to sign up for a LivingStock Finance account will appear in the Business menu on the phone.

Once your Sim signs up:

• You’ll receive a verification email + notification.

• You’ll unlock the LivingStock Finance Customer Trait, giving you:

  • Access to exclusive social interactions like “Brag About Emergency Fund” and “Offer Budgeting Advice.”

  • The ability to withdraw funds directly into your household.

  • Access to Emergency Fund Withdrawals (available ONLY on Mondays from 9AM–5PM).

  • Quick daily withdrawal options (5AM–5PM window).
