Here are the update release notes for the Love and Marriage and also SimTal Health mod! Both will be released 3/31/25 at 7:30pm CT. (Only on our Cinnamon Roll Tier For Early Access)

The Love and Marriage mod just got a juicy new update, and I'm so excited to share what’s new with you all. Here’s everything you can expect from V1.3.31:

New Career: Divorce Mediator

Not every relationship lasts, and when Sims decide to part ways, they’ll need your expertise. Enter the Divorce Mediator career, where you’ll guide Sims through difficult conversations to help them find resolutions without all the courtroom drama.

Career Levels:

Separation Specialist
Custody Negotiator
Resolution Expert

Pay: Varies by level
Work Days: Tuesday - Friday
Work Hours: 10 AM - 4 PM

New Social Interactions

We’ve added several new divorce-themed social interactions to spice things up and really let your Sims express their feelings during rough times:

"Ask If Divorce Is Really Wanted"
"Was It All a Lie?"
"I Deserve Better"
"Sign the Papers Already!"

Each interaction now has unique buffs, dialogue messages, and notification messages that provide depth and drama to your Sims’ relationships. It’s time to break those marriage bonds in style!

New Love & Divorce Pie Menus

The Love and Marriage Pie Menu has been revamped! You can now access interactions that were once scattered across friendly, romantic, or other categories under a new, dedicated pie menu.

Additionally, Sims in certain levels of the Divorce Mediator career will now have exclusive access to a Divorce Pie Menu, with specific divorce-related interactions tailored to their career progression.

Divorce Party

Yes, you read that right – it's time to celebrate freedom! Introducing the Divorce Party, where Sims can throw a bash to mark the end of their marriage.

Cost: 150 Simoleons
Location: Can be thrown at your home, a friend's house, or a bar/nightclub
Requirements: Guests must be friends with the Sim throwing the party

The Divorce Party comes with new objectives like drinking, eating, gossiping, and even a little WooHoo action! It’s the perfect way to get over the past and start fresh. 🍸

Options to Find Divorce Representatives: Your Sims will be able to get legal advice via the computer from up to 3 different representatives.
Break the News: New interactions for breaking the divorce news to your young child and to friends & family.
Reasons for Divorce: Give up to 5 different reasons for why the divorce is happening.
WFH Options for Divorce Mediator Career: Get ready for some work-from-home options!

🔹 SimTal Health Hotline Update

The SimTal Health Hotline is now more interactive than ever! If your Sim contacts the hotline and Agent Brooklyn accepts the service, she will send over an Action Plan filled with actionable tips and ideas to improve your Sim’s mental health! (You'll also get a new notification when the Action Plan is sent over!) 🌟

🔹 New Social Event: SimTal Health Social

Want to plan a fun and wellness-focused gathering? Now you can host the SimTal Health Social event! Invite your favorite Sims to come together for activities that are good for the Simtal—whether it's reading books, enjoying a healthy meal, or even getting your woohoo on! 💖 This event is designed to boost your Sims' spirits and bring some positive vibes to their lives!

🔹 New Level in the SimTal Health Advocate Career

We've added a 4th Level to the SimTal Health Advocate Career! Your Sim can now be promoted to Regional SimTal Health Coordinator! 🌍 Here’s a quick overview of what this new role entails:

"Your expertise has expanded beyond your immediate community. You now coordinate mental health programs across an entire region. From implementing wellness initiatives to training new volunteers, your leadership is felt everywhere. Expect more responsibilities and opportunities to create change."

🔹 New Career Option: SimTal Health Workplace Wellness Career

For those who want to take their passion for mental health into the workplace, we now have a new career option: the SimTal Health Workplace Wellness Career. Your Sim will lead mental well-being efforts in a corporate setting, offering support to employees and designing wellness programs. The career includes 2 levels: Wellness Assistant and Corporate Wellness Assistant.
