But more so just riffing on the idea of Medusa as a very sexually inexperienced (due to her curse) but very sexually aggressive (also a side effect of the curse) Ariel-like figure who is kinda clueless about what a human would actually like. Implicit, too, is the idea that she’s been getting off for centuries on her statuary “porn.”
I also really enjoyed making her hair kinda like a stereotypical Disney “animal side-kick”.
