Unreal Engine 5 - Switch Between Fixed and Third Person Cameras

This is the 4th part of the creative in-game camera systems(Fixed camera/ rail camera) we are working on. Today, we are going to implement a way to switch between fixed camera systems and regular third person camera. In your game, there might be areas that you need to enable a fixed camera or a on rail camera and in some areas you might need the regular third person camera. This system may come in handy in such situations.
