In the comic books, he is known to use his powers to frequently get what he wants and make people forget that he has done these things to them. He’s has inappropriate feelings for Jean Grey. X-Men 3 is considered the worst in the original trilogy but over time, the criticism of it has lightened as newer generations are watching it. Now I don’t know if he meant it that way but thanks to Wolverine and Deadpool, there are more actors portraying Wolverine including Henry Cavill and the actor portraying short Wolverine. But these are variants and not mainstream Wolverine. As a pedantic nerd, so I wouldn't consider the X-Men (2000) movie is not part of the MCU .... but since Disney bought Fox and introduced multiverses, it is now. One of my favorite X-Men characters is Darwin, who has the ability adapt to any situation to stay alive (even at a sub-atomic level) ... and the movie X-Men: First Class (2011) kills him off immediately.
