I've decided that I'm not going to bill for the month of January

Unfortunately, for about 2 months now, I've had this finger injury and it has prevented me from working as hard as I want and as hard as you deserve. I can't tell if the injury is healing or not. On the bright side, at least it's not getting worse?
Here's what's been happening. My fingers feel good enough to try working again, so I type for 30 or 60 minutes. Before I realize it, my fingers feel bad again so I stop and wait for them to feel better. But instead of them getting better, they get even worse and it takes 1 to 3 days for them to get back to where they were before I typed. This is been happening to me over and over again and it's really scary and sad. I'm also filled with guilt because you guys and gals are paying me to produce something and I'm not able I work on it without sacrificing my health.
Therefore, I've decided that I'm not going to bill for the month of January (no charge January 1st). In other words, if you are pledging, you won't get charged at the end of this month. If you aren't a pledge and you do sign up, you will be charged for that initial sign up fee, but then you won't be charged for January 1st.
I'm going to use this month to rest and hopefully allow this injury to heal completely. I don't plan to stop working on the game during this time. I want to come up with some new quest ideas, but I'm not going to do it on a keyboard, I'm going to write them in a physical journal. I also plan to make some Patreon posts and stay active on discord, because I can perform these activities with speech-to-text.
Thank you for your understanding! I hope you all have wonderful holidays and a wonderful month and I look forward to getting back to work in January!
