If you give Olivia a relaxant in the fisting scene she wears a diaper after class. You can check up on her while she's sleeping in the dorm. This will have humiliating results. But, if she's not wearing a diaper, you can watch her check out her well used holes in the mirror. Maybe Mia's there offering words of encouragement? If Mia doesn't like Olivia, you can assign her the task of reapplying the muscle relaxant every night. I have to admit, I'm not really sure what made this scene so appealing to everyone since there's so many branches to the idea. Is it the ABDL content? Is it the urination? Is it the scat? Is it Mia reapplying it every night? Her words of encouragement?
