Patron Request - HoverFoozle

for rnixon, who originally asked for a certain Foozle out and about on a segway... until I pointed out that Foozles wouldn't have much use for technology so antiquated that it still rolled along on wheels.
The Hoverdisc - it's like a little UFO you stand on. Eat your heart out "hoverboard" owners.
