Interesting designs and short screen times seem to add to a character's popularity, especially when they make a significant impact in that short time. Team NDGO/BRNZ/ABRN, the Higanbana waitress, the Malachite twins, Lisa Lavender, the White Fang members that attacked Blake prior to the fight at her family's home, etc. etc. ...
