I couldnt see the live chat so not sure if anyone said this already... The reason why Tablo is beloved by artists but underrated in terms of fan support, might have a lot to do with him being the victim of a vicious disinformation and hate campaign during the early years of the 2010s. A nobody in an online chat room decided that Tablo lied about graduating from Stamford with a dual masters and degree in just 3-4 years, and just like that, fake news became the gospel for 200K+ Knetizens and antis - and cast at least some doubt in the minds of many more others - and almost ended his and Epik High's careers. Its the reason why he is still a bit publicity shy, and doesnt trust easily. Personally i think a lot of his most deepest painful lyrics are actually tributes to his wife, and how he thought he would lose her during that time (there were constant threats against their safety). And also to his dad, whom he did actually lose during the worst of it, accelerated by the stress. So hes been through some real shit, and deserves all the love and support in the world. Im so glad that Stays and Army have adopted him.

2025-01-02 05:06:17 +0000 UTCFor me this album shows them leveling up and being more confident in themselves as a group. The solo songs are them addressing their duality and also leaving messages for the Stays to move forward with love and happiness.
