01. How to paint NMM; from beginners to advanced.

In these tutorials, we will see how to make an NMM in our miniature. In this first video, we will create the base or structure and then start with the effect.

For those people who find this video very advanced, I recommend that you first see those videos and streaming where we have worked different finishes of NMM since they share the same essence although the result is different.

I hope you enjoy it a lot and that you send me your photographs when you put it into practice.

Thanks to everyone for your support!

Hi! Usually when there's a jump it's because I've used the same color in another area (we don't remove the layers themselves)

I tried to follow this but it appears at around 10:40 of the video it jumps from blacklining the base coat to adding a 2nd shadow. Meanwhile I can see that another colour has been added to the basecoat.

Pitcha Lumlertdacha

Thanks man. Yeah I know you put them in the pdf. Just when a new project comes out, it would be nice to get a the colour selection while you prepare your pallet. I can copy your colors so when I try the technique out for myself, it's easier with the colour match

Thank you!!

It is a complex process but I think that watching it slowly you will like it a lot and above all, you will learn a lot!

In the PDF I always show the bottles, I'll look to include it in the video too. If you have any ideas, tell me to see if I can include it. ;)

Sergio Calvo Miniatures

In the PDF we will always have the photographs to serve as a reference. And in the videos, when it's something very concrete, I'll bring the camera closer so you can see it better;)

Awesome stuff once again Sergio! At the start of each video, could you place the paints you will be using for the duration of the lesson. It would really help for people who first want to practice and mimic your colour choice to best get the techniques down. Thanks!

Very cool, hope you do a close up of the face. Would be nice to see some close ups of how you define the volumes.
