I've actually been uploading 4k 60fps for a while now, but that was just upscaled 1080p source footage. YouTube turns it into higher quality videos that way.
To really work with 4k material is a bit slow on my old machine, I'll need a few weeks to get better hardware. Probably the worst time to buy a GPU in the history of GPUs tho :)

For making obs easy to use for livestream... the elgato streamdeck is hard to beat for easy camera changes... but the diy options on youtube have been done to death.
