You're giving them money (probably not even much) not for a product but to support them and maybe get something in return, if they want to give something. I think Mare just has a lot of other stuff to do and that should be completely fine. If you want to continue paying, do it. If not, then just leave and don't pressure the artists on here; creativity does not work in a reliable way, sometimes you get inspired and have lots of ideas in a short amount of time, sometimes you need months (maybe years) to find a good place to start or continue your work.
