Here is the same cell with various shaders I downloaded applied to the walls. First one is my default padding shader, number 2 is rubber, 3 is car paint, 4 is black rubber, and 5 is rough leather.
I've gotten a lot better with the Eevee rendering engine since my last renders, as you can see I was able to add a touch of extra realism with screen space reflections and subsurface scattering on the male model. I didn't texture the male model, which is why he looks kind of like he's made of wax =/
