5,000 / 3 MILLION!! ^-^

We hit 5,000 patrons last month and again this month! Thank you! I'll try my best to maintain that momentum 😤

Just want to remind myself to show gratitude for achieving that milestone and to not beat myself up for not hitting it every month. I still feel pressure to perform well, but even top manga authors like Hiromu Arakawa struggle to replicate previous success, so it's not realistic to set my expectations too high. I was in a bad place mentally and financially before SWFTD took off, but now that I can afford most things I need, I'm a lot happier. I upgraded some of my equipment recently and I bought a good quality fridge the other day with all the bells and whistles I could want. I kept telling my family how good it felt to be able to do that. Never thought I would grow up to be excited over tools and appliances 😂  

I meant to make this post since July, but I felt demoralized from the AU comics. I decided to redirect my focus to the revamp script / timeline. I ended up reducing it to 50 pages, but there's still so much to flesh out, especially in terms of the romance so that page count will definitely change. For now, I'm focusing on the overall structure of the narrative and getting the more complex plot points organized before sprinkling a nice serving of romance all over it to the balance the serious and more gritty parts out.

It's a lot of moving parts to deal with...constantly revising the script / timeline, consistently updating the story as is, delivering plenty of NSFW, keeping webtoons updated, putting together the backgrounds and learning new techniques to speed up the production process, promoting it on social media, trying to work with assistants, and all record keeping that comes with any small business. I'm trying my best 😅❤️

btw, the mushroom sculptures and paintings are not made by me. I just collect them for now. Hopefully I'll have more time for making those magical things in the future >.<;;
