Poutine Stuffing.

a comfort food from back home, this has been a favourite since the après-skis of my childhood. Confirmed by the owner himself I interviewed for my Instagram page @itsalexstay, this is a very carby (fry-based), greasy, and very fatty food. I am of course, partial to anything that has melted cheese and a brothy sort of umami flavour as does poutine. This one had burger meat and caramélized onions for SOME Protein and fiber but I know this meal was mostly making the gut bigger. The texture, gooey as an poutine—it’s fries drowned in sauce—should be, the cheese both squeaky and plentiful, was easy to gulp down in large quantities, and rest easy in the gut just an hour before my next meal 🐷
