Annie was turned into a child at the end of Evil Girlfriend as punishment for regressing Devon. She didn't know how to undo the spell, and that spell had to be undone by the one who cast it. Professor Jones turned her into a child so she could go back to school and learn how to undo the spell, and once it was undone Annie would be an adult again. She learned how to undo the spell, but before she could use it Devon was further regressed into a 5 year old accidentally by Genie when he asked to be made the same age as Cindy (The Clothes Make the Woman). Cindy was affected by faery magic (Operation: Sleepover), and that corrupted the spell on Devon. He needed to be in the same form that Annie regressed him to for her spell to work, so to change him back Cindy had to be changed back, and she was, with the Medallion of Zulo. Once Annie undid the spell on Devon, the spell Prof Jones cast on her was reversed.
